JESUS CHURCH OF MACON, GEORGIA

OUR HISTORY

 

Jesus Church of Macon, Georgia was called by our Lord to do a mighty work for the Kingdom of God. It was organized and established on Sunday, August 26, 2018 with 21 original members in attendance.  Our founding Pastors Brandon and Tammie Pitts began this ministry of the Lord Jesus Christ under a unifying thought that brought us all together. This unifying thought was “Creating a Culture where the impossible is made Possible.”  Our vision statement is as follows:  “As a unified Body of Believers, we are committed to Spreading the Refreshing, Restoring and Reforming Power of God throughout the land with compassion for all mankind and an uncompromising stance on the truth of God’s word which will introduce Jesus in His Fullness to the next generation while Transforming Cultures, Families and Destinies in preparation for the soon coming Savior.” Our first services were held at the Anthony Arms Residents Center in Macon, Georgia. Also, with the leading of our Pastors, some of our services were held at the Comfort Inn on Eisenhower Parkway.  We the Jesus Church of Macon, Georgia family are extremely thankful for the favor of God and the generous outpouring of love demonstrated by all those who have supported the Lord’s work.  After much prayer, the Lord led us to 2723 Sheraton Dr., Suite 115, Macon, GA 31204. On this current site, the Lord has given us a purpose and a place to continue the vision God has placed in the hearts of our leaders which is to make Jesus famous one neighborhood at a time.
